Q: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE MY STICK REPAIRED?
A: Shaft repairs are $74.99, blade and hosel repairs are normally $79.99; however, if extra material is needed due to the nature of the break, extra charges will apply. You will always be contacted in advance for approval. Lastly, toe or heel touch ups start from $30, depending on what is required.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE MY STICK REPAIRED?
A: Turn around time is normally about 14 days, up to 3 weeks . This can be longer during peak times. Promise, it's worth the wait!
Q: WHERE CAN I GET MY STICK REPAIRED?
A: We are located in Fred Barret Arena, 3280 Leitrim Rd. You can drop off your broken stick there during hockey season. Please contact us for an appointment and more information during the summer.
Q: WILL MY STICK FEEL DIFFERENT?
A: No. We use the Integral Hockey Stick Repair system to repair sticks. Shaft repairs are hollow, light (approx. 10-15 grams), and 100% carbon fiber. As a result, the flex, balance, and feel of the stick are virtually unaffected. Blade repairs are also 100% carbon fiber, light (approx. 15 grams), and add minimal material. The curve is virtually unaffected.
Q: WILL MY STICK GET SHORTER?
A: Yes. Unfortunately, to successfully complete a shaft repair, we need to remove the damaged portion of the shaft. This results in a loss of ¼ to 1 inch. In extreme cases, more can be removed. The vast majority of repairs lose less than an inch in length.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY STICK GETS TOO SHORT AFTER A SHAFT REPAIR?
A: We have wood extensions available. Adding an extension will give you the length and flex back to how it was before the repair. REMEMBER - the repair doesn't affect the flex - it's the fact that it gets about an inch shorter that affects it by about 5 units (85 will feel like 90). The extension will put it back to the original flex.
Q: WILL THE REPAIR AFFECT THE FLEX OF MY STICK?
A: No. The repair itself does not affect the flex. The stick will, however, get slightly stiffer because a small amount is removed during the repair. Typically, for every inch removed, the shaft will get stiffer by 5 units. For example, if we had to cut out 1 inch of damage from an 85 flex stick, it will feel like 90 flex after the repair. Adding an extension will reverse that and lower the flex number.
Q: IS THERE A WARRANTY ON YOUR SHAFT AND BLADE REPAIRS?
A: The Integral Hockey shaft and blade repairs are guaranteed for LIFE. In the unlikely event that the repair fails, EVER, we will redo it for free!
Q: ARE TOE AND HEEL TOUCH UPS ALSO COVERED BY THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?
A: No, but if you have a problem with one of these repairs, please contact us.
Q: WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR BROKEN STICKS?
A: We only resale high quality sticks. We currently get sticks from high-level teams. These are all pro stock sticks. Look for custom ones! To respect the teams' privacy, we do not advertise which specific teams we work with.
Q: WHERE CAN I BUY RELOADED PRO STOCK?
A: Our full line up is in our shop at Fred Barrett Arena.
Q: IS THERE A WARRANTY ON RELOADED STICKS?
A: Yes! We offer a 14-day repair warranty on all our reloaded sticks. While we do our best to look over every stick before we repair them, it is possible that some damage is not visible to the naked eye. WE STAND BY OUR PRODUCT! If a reloaded stick breaks within 14 days of purchase, we will repair it for free. Some exceptions apply. See here for full details
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASED RELOADED STICK BREAKS WITHIN 14 DAYS BUT IS NOT REPAIRABLE?
A: Please contact us in this situation. We handle these on a case-by-case basis; however, we can fix virtually any break.

Q: CAN I TRADE IN A BROKEN STICK FOR A DISCOUNT ON A PURCHASE OR REPAIR?
A: Yes, we do offer trade in discounts for select sticks/models. Please contact us if you are interested in trading in a stick.
Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
A: Effective January 24, 2023 – Return Policy:
1. Exchanges only, no returns
2. Anything customized or not a regular stock item is final sale
3. All hockey sticks are final sale
4. Any accessory not in a package is a final sale (ex: tape, etc).
Other items not listed here may be subject to final sale at the discretion of management.
Q: WHY DO YOU SAY YOU OFFER “ELITE” SKATE SHARPENING?
A: We are proud to offer our clients an amazing sharpening. We guarantee that each skate we do will have a level edge and great finishing. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your sharpening, return to us and we will redo it for free.
Some time limits or exceptions may apply. Guarantee only covers the quality of the sharpening and does not cover damage to the blade caused after the sharpening by the user.
Q: WE HAVE A WEEKEND TOURNAMENT AND NEED SHARPENINGS HALFWAY THROUGH IT. ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR THE TEAM?
A: Yes! We own a portable skate sharpening machine that has the same high quality motors and capabilities of the large benchtop models. As a result, we can attend your team’s tournament to provide skate sharpening. Minimum rate will apply. Travel charges may apply. Facility must be able to accommodate the machine.
